MADAD - Grievances pertaining to consular services by Indian Embassies abroad addressed!

Do you have grievances pertaining to the Consular Services offered by the Indian Missions/Posts abroad? How many times have to had to follow up for that passport issue or OCI issue?

So here comes your MADAD (help) !

The Consular Services Management System (MADAD) has been setup for users to register grievances pertaining to the Consular Services offered by the Indian Missions/Posts abroad. Additionally the feedback can also be provided in the form of appreciation and suggestion through portal itself. MADAD enables online logging and tracking of grievances.

The following category of grievances will be entertained:

Note that the portal cannot be used for visa, passport queries, emergency travel documents, or attestation of documents.

In addition to this, a students registration module for Indian students studying abroad is also available on the MADAD portal. This allows the government to track the number of students going abroad and also reach them in case of emergency. So, if you are an Indian student studying/planning to study abroad register here to submit your course/ contact details.

To provide mobile enablement of MADAD, Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has launched MADAD Mobile Application on Android, iOS, and Windows platforms.
