Indian Nationals in SPAIN
Even though the earlier notice said that citizens hoping to travel back to Indian needs to fill in the data sheet and Undertaking form and submit it by 3rd May, it is still possible to travel.
As per latest update by the Indian Embassy in Spain,

Spain is now looking at the possibility to help stranded Indians return to India via Frankfurt.
