The first flight is scheduled to operate from Riyadh to Kozhikode on May 08, 2020. The other 4 flights would operate on Riyadh-Delhi; Dammam-Kochi; Jeddah-Kochi and Jeddah-Delhi sectors. The tentative schedule and the fares for each sector are mentioned in the Annexure.

  2. The manifests of these flights are being prepared by the Embassy and the Consulate General of India, Jeddah. This is based on the data-base of the online registration of Indian nationals launched on April 29, 2020. We are prioritizing individuals on the basis of exigencies, such as distressed workers, urgent medical cases, pregnant women, stranded Umrah pilgrims, among others.

They are advised to contact local Air India offices for booking of tickets and other formalities. The passengers will have to pay for their tickets. Tickets will be issued only to the passengers listed in the manifests provided by the Embassy/Consulate.

  4. As regards, health requirements for embarkation on flights and quarantine arrangements after landing in India and Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India has issued Standard Operating Protocol (SOP). A copy of the same is enclosed for reference.

  5. We solicit understanding and cooperation from the community in this massive endeavour of repatriation by the Government of India. The Embassy and the Consulate has received about 60,000 registrations from the community for traveling to India in this short period.
